This is a space for me to share my favourite personal recipes with the world. While I believe that we should consume wholesome vegan food to nourish our bodies for optimal health and well-being, I believe that food can be so much more than just ‘fuel.’ Food is way of bringing people together; friends, family, and cultural groups. Food can tell stories; like recipes passed from generation to generation. Food is also a way of healing our bodies; allowing us to have a healthy relationship with ourselves and what we eat. Hopefully through my simple and delicious vegan recipes you will see that choosing to eat cruelty-free food can be very rewarding: for your conscience, body, and taste buds!
